I donated this piece, a 10.5″ white stoneware serving bowl fired to cone 6, to the Odyssey Center for the Ceramic Arts auction.  The auction will be held November 5.  I hope everyone goes!  Odyssey is a great part of the Asheville community. They provide cooperative ceramic studios, artist residencies, classes, and sponsor events like Empty Bowls.  They are an important part of what makes Asheville such a center for the ceramic arts.
